L Rods are really useful for field dowsing when one goes out to the field and stomps around and holds their rods waiting for them to cross (or spread) and indicate precious metals, lost items, underground streams of water, geopathic stress, etc. I'm sure someone has come up with a way to enhance nutrition and remove side effects of drugs using L rods but the pendulum is so much easier for many things that I rarely use my L rods. Map dowsing with a pendulum is just as effective as L Rod dowsing in my experience and strolling through the supermarket dowsing water or food with a pendulum is much less outre than using L Rods.

But when push comes to shove they are all just tools and we each use the ones that we get the best results from.

I would suggest you get Walt Woods FREE basic dowsing pamphlet Letter to Robin

http://www.lettertorobin.org/RBN_html/RBN_10_4_English.html

It has a bias toward the pendulum but does address L Rods and Y rod etc.

Enjoy and good luck

I've heard ot dowsing rods before, and today a friend of mine was talking about them. Lo and behold my neighbor just gave me a set of beautiful copper dowsing rods.

She got me interested in using them for divining, but now I have just learned that they can be used for clearing and cleansing, wow. And charging your food too?

What are some suggestions for clearing and charging?
